Delivery & Returns

Important Information:

In most instances your order will be despatched on the first business day after your order is placed. However, we are closed on Sundays and Mondays, so orders placed over a weekend will usually be sent on the following Tuesday.

Whilst we endeavour to keep the online store as up-to-date as possible, there may be items that are out of stock when we receive your order. We do not currently operate a backorder system - if an item is out of stock at the time you order, you will need to re-order at a later date. Note that newly introduced items are often difficult to restock at short notice.

We try our best to ensure that the packaging we use protects your precious papers, etc., and always send goods out in pristine condition. However, we cannot accept liability for items damaged in transit. In this instance, you must contact the post office. It is useful if you photograph visibly damaged packaging before opening.

Goods that are faulty or not as described can, of course, be returned. Please contact us for a return authorisation number. We cannot accept the return of goods that you simply don't like.

Please Note that there is a minimum order value of £10 excluding carriage. If your order is less than £10 a surcharge will be added at the checkout.
